This is an old tape I found that my cousin Drew sent me when I was in the Air Force, stationed in Florida. Drew was my cool SoCal cousin from Upland, and he sent me a tape of a few of his radio shows on KSSB in San Diego. He's quite political and gives his opinion of "political correctness" which was just starting to come into vogue. Great pre-Lollapalooza music that ended up at that festival.

Oh yes...this is for real.

Recorded live by a North Beach resident at Justin Herman Plaza, this impromptu concert is definitely a gem, and is also extremely rare.

This is directly from the sound board at the old Elite Club (now the Fillmore). Just a piece of rock & roll history that languished on a tape cassette for years before being resurrected in mp3 form.

A DJ quitting on-air in Mobile, Alabama.
